Where things stand.
Standing Answer is pre-launch. Zero installs have shipped. The first two are founder pilots at $2,500, done personally by Jeanette Stein, and their absorption numbers will be published, good or bad. If that kind of early seat interests you, here is what it involves.
What booking the interview involves
- A 45-minute conversation with Jeanette. Not a pitch call. You talk through where your team currently asks you things and the last five decisions you answered. If the fit is wrong, she will say so on the call.
- If it fits, the intake. You run read-only exports of your sent mail, call transcripts, and team chat, about an hour of your time, with exact click-paths provided. Nothing of yours touches our systems.
- The 90-minute interview itself. On Zoom, recorded, with Jeanette holding a guide built from your own mined judgment. This is the anchor of the whole install.
- Ten days later, your desk is live on infrastructure you own, starting week one of the guardrail ladder.
Founder-pilot criteria
The two pilot seats are for a specific kind of business, because they are the proof run:
- An established service business: a coaching practice, consultancy, agency, or relationship-based firm
- A team of roughly 3 to 20 people who currently route questions through you
- Your answers already exist in artifacts: sent email, call recordings, or team chat from the last 90 days
- Willing to let your anonymized absorption numbers be published as the public proof
- Comfortable owning your own infrastructure: a free Cloudflare account and an API key on your own billing, with click-path instructions for both
$2,500 for the pilots, $3,500 after. Once a price is quoted to you, it stands.
